Jeremy came to our rescue. He helped us determine the problem so we could put a claim into insurance. Once we finally were ready to undertake the frightening task of ripping out all five showers in our home (over carpet & hard wood floors), again, Jeremy was right there with us to make sure it got done right. His compassion, understanding and work ethic were amazing. He worked within our families schedule, treated our home with utmost respect and was extraordinarily trustworthy. We gave him a key to our home & never had one moment’s concern. We knew that he would take care of our property & respect our home. His determination to properly fix this terrible error caused by another contractor was his main goal. He was vigilant in making sure that all of our showers were done to the highest standard.
